Named Illawarra and South Coasts Local Business Award Winner 2023 for ‘Outstanding Fitness Service’, SOUL FIT CO is a unique Fitness and Wellness community which is holistically invested in providing our club members positive life experiences which foster fitness, health, equality and support in a safe and socially inclusive space.

Our vision SOUL FIT CO- ‘Riding the Wave of Change’ represents our belief and desire to create a sincere culture of inclusion and togetherness at Gerringong Bowling Club, that provides for all individuals on their fitness and wellness journey. This is achieved through our award winning Personal Training services, effective coaching skills and inclusive Group Fitness classes SPIN, STRONG, GOLDEN, SOUL FIT and WOMAN.

Our Group Fitness class offerings cater for all ages, fitness levels and abilities including fitness experiences in Strength, Cardio, Barre, Yoga, Meditation and Reiki.
